You can't beat a tradition that is both fun to do and fun to eat! =D We've been making gingerbread houses every year around Christmastime for about twelve years now, and it is an unbreakable tradition!!
no store-bought kit is as good as home-made gingerbread! |

And we can already attest to the fact that they taste even better than they look! =D
i absolutely love the back of daniels, and Bethanys little barn is cute, Hannah your design on the front and back is so pretty, and Nates looked like it took him awhile! They all turned out wonderfully :P
ReplyDeleteWow, the gingerbread houses are really good. They look really yummy. Last year William made a candy shop. It was very cute :) Your house is really nice, Hannah. Bethany's is really clever. Neat idea with the barn. They all look really good to eat too! haha.
ReplyDeleteYum! They look great! I can't wait to do ours ... we decided we're doing ours in January this year. (We were going to do them this week with some friends, but the friends got sick.) It'll spread out the joy a little bit :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, they were a lot of fun, as always, and taste as good as ever! Hope you Rooneys enjoy making yours next month!
ReplyDeleteWow! They do look really neat. We tried gingerbread houses a couple of years but we used Graham crackers. Not quite the same affect. They really are quite detailed though. Lord willing we'll see you all soon!
ReplyDeleteI've been anxious to see this post!!! and you all did great!
ReplyDeleteLooks awesome!! I've always wanted to do gingerbread houses but never have... Y'all did great ( as usual) love the fireplace on Nathan's, I like the design on yours and the walk way on Bethany's... Hope to see you guys again soon.
